By: BCNetcom Ltd「香 港電台數碼聲音廣播3潮騷」將於十一月九日至十三日假尖沙咀中港城進行首站推廣活動。屆時除了圖文並茂簡介DAB廣播、港台數碼台節目,以及設有試聽 DAB服務外,港台還準備了「擴增實景」(Augmented Reality)新潮玩意,吸引大眾透過好玩新科技接收港台數碼廣播的信息。使用者只須把「3潮咭」的神秘密碼對準電腦的視像鏡頭,便可在電腦屏幕上見到 多位由藝人擔任的「3潮人」在虛擬世界中,為大家介紹香港電台數碼廣播,而使用者更可同時出現在屏幕上,隨意調較位置與「3潮人」一同處身虛擬背景中合 照。

港台數碼台將設有兩個普通話頻道(DAB 31 香港電台普通話台、DAB 32 中央人民廣播電台香港之聲)、兩個英語頻道(DAB 33 香港電台第三台、DAB 34 英國廣播公司世界頻道)及一個粵語頻道(DAB 35 香港電台第五台)。為提高大眾參與「3潮咭」玩意的興趣,港台特別邀請了多位藝人化身「3潮人」,在虛擬背景中拍攝短片,一起介紹港台三種不同語言的數碼 台。演出藝人包括:郎朗、官恩娜、糖兄妹、周柏豪、G.E.M.、陳偉霆、農夫、羅蘭及Ana R.。

隨着iPhone及智能手機的普及, Augmented Reality (AR), 中文譯作「擴張現實」或「擴增實境」, 得到愈来愈多的認識和關注。 在應用層面(AR)可以大致分为以下兩類:

一. 資訊性擴增實境
資訊性壙增實境, 如其名就是在我們所見到的景觀(實境)中加入文字或多媒體的資訊。有些應用會配合电子指南针,地圖(i.e Google Map)以及(GPS)全球定位系统以提供區域性服務。在iPhone 及Android 手提电話便有很多這方面的應用。  如下圖, 只要我們把iPhone鏡頭對着某個方向, 鏡頭中就會顯示相關地方,商店的資訊, 如咖啡店,银行,洗手間等。MGM 美國便製作了一個iPhone 應用程式, 方便遊客在賭塲遊玩。

而 單纯的資訊性擴增實境的應用也非常廣泛, 如應用在機械维修及醫學手術。BMW(寶馬汽車)便應用AR在汽車维修上。 维修人員只要帶上一幅有顯示功能的眼鏡, 配合上聲控功能, 當维修人員對着汽車引擎時, 眼镜便會顯示出相關配件的位置及操作程序。這樣不但省卻了查閱操作手册的時間, 亦大大減少了出错的機會。

二. 主體互動性擴增實境

什麼是主體互動性擴增實境? 無論是”資訊性”或 ”主體互動性”都是而人為主體。兩者最大的分別在於镜頭的方向,前者的鏡頭和我們的視線是同一方向, 而後者的镜頭是對着”主體” 和我們的視線成相反方向。正因如此, 這個主體會同時出現在影象當中,並可以產生互動。
這方面的應用可以分為幾方面:
1. Marker Base (標記性)
2. Non Regular Marker Base(不規則標記性)
3. Face Recognition/Body Recognition(人面/肢體識别)
4. Motion Dection (體感)

標記性AR的 應用是最早期的應用,亦是大部份開發人員的第一個測試。如其名, 標記性應用就是需要一個標記。這個標記是一個四方形, 透過視像鏡頭, AR電腦程式會辨認標記的樣式,位置及移動方向; 然後在標記上顯示相關的多媒體, 如影像, 三维(3D)物件和聲音等。如下圖, 外國一隊樂隊便利用標記性AR去讓樂迷將音樂表演帶到他們的卓面。

不規則標記性AR應 用,在製作上相對來說便比較困難, 因为AR電腦程式要辨認的是一個不規則的標記。它可以是一朵花或一輛汽車的圖案。P&G 便作了一個非端正標記性AR而宣傳他們的衛生巾產品, 而LEGO亦有一個AR製作放在玩具店,顧客只需要將LEGO玩具包装對着鏡頭, 畫面中便會在包装盒上”擴增”出玩具的三维(3D)模型. 這方面的應用相信會愈來愈普及。

配合人面/肢體識别技術的AR應用,在技術層面當然更加困難。電影IRON MAN(鐵甲奇俠)便製作了一個這方面的遊戲, 讓家庭觀眾也可以一賞充當鐵甲奇俠的滋味. 亦有一些應用在模擬試穿衣服和試帶手表。

而體感AR方面, 微軟的XBox Kinect便是利用了此方面的技術。
